• Monthly Sales Reports detailing performance, Market Conditions, Competitor Activity, Sales Strategies, Successes, obstacles and suggestions.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

• Quotations & Reservations
• Post Flights (Import & Export) and Customer Queries

OPERATIONS

• Priority loading instructions to the handling agent(s).
• Full Airside monitoring
• Shortage and overage reports, plus Freight movement notacs subsequent to truck/aircraft departure.
• Administration including claim processing in accordance with the carrier’s policy

ACCOUNTING

• Full invoicing to customer, with no costs.
• Weekly or monthly information to the appropriate airline office on the net or gross revenue provided.
• Collection of receivable and full credit control.

OFFLINE & ONLINE SALES SUPPORT

• Aviation Group existing Sales offices in Dhaka able to support online services.
• Aviation Group Dhaka office provides services to Chittagong markets on a monthly basis with actual sales calls and telesales on a daily basis.
